Renaming Vermont's Children's Hospital to Golisano Children's Hospital

Dr. Lewis First, Chief of Pediatrics of Golisano Children's Hospital at the University of Vermont Health. Dr. First will be discussing the recent name change to Vermont's children's hospital as well as benefits and changes that will impact the hospital going forward. Dr. First has led the department of pediatrics since 1994 and is well known in the community, as well as the national level. You may have seen him on tv or heard him on the radio with "First with Kids" providing and promoting health education for our children. |

Vermont Youth Conservation Corps

Leah Mital, Executive Director of the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps joins us to provide updates as well as current projects and ongoings at VYCC . VYCC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 1985 who engages youths and young adults to complete high-impact porjects throughout the state, as well as running a food and farm program while providing valuable skills and experience to its crew members. |

Dear Camp DREAM Community, Summer is right around the corner and Camp DREAM needs your help! We are hosting an all-day volunteer event on May 30th to prepare for our busiest time of year. Tasks can include installing swim docks, setting up staff tents, garden maintenance, small construction projects, organizing supplies, and cleaning common spaces. All skillsets are welcome! So much of what we are able to offer youth is because of our wonderful volunteer network and the amazing work they do. Please consider joining us for this impactful day!
